DOn't use Garam Masala or any of those it will change the flavor<br /><br />3.5 tbsp of mayo<br />2.5 tsp of yellow mustard<br />1/2 tsp hot sauce<br />3/4 tsp curry powder<br />1 tbsp of half and half or yogurt (i used h&h)<br />2 tsp of water<br />1/4 tsp salt <br /><br />put all ingredients into a bowl and mix. It was missing something, which I found out was sugar.
